Responsibilities

  • Assist existing customers in Italy with technical and accounting issues via phone, ticket, and chat.
  • Demonstrate our software solutions through online presentations, showcasing functionalities that address customers' IT challenges.
  • Identify customer needs and relay requests to our sales team.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

  • University degree in economics or relevant vocational training, such as technical or commercial education.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
  • Additional languages like Spanish, Portuguese, or French are a plus.
  • Some experience working with customers or in sales, including internships.
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and passion for customer interaction.
