The role designed for you

In your role as Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of our Customer Care Italy team based in Fabriano and you will bring your contribution in achieving the company sales target, providing an excellent level of customer service to current clients in Italy.

  • You will perform sales orders and sampling in our ERP system (SAP), from entry to dispatch
  • You will organize shipments to customers, track orders to deliver, and address post-sale shipping issues.
  • You will be the assigned point of reference for a group of Area Managers & External Agents, supporting them in managing customer requests and developing new business opportunities.
  • You will guarantee a high-level of customer experience, understanding and supporting customer needs and requirements.
  • You will perform reactive Cross-selling activity to the client when the requested product is not available.
  • You will ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete information, sources.


The Attitudes And Skills We’re Looking For

  • You have a Bachelor/master’s degree in economics, Languages, or related fields.
  • You have previous experience in Customer Service or Commercial Back Office roles.
  • You are goal oriented, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You are reliable, flexible and great with people.
  • You have a strong customer orientation.
  • You are curious, eager to learn and have a hands-on approach.
  • You have a good knowledge of Excel and other IT tools, while a good knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • You are fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
