We are currently seeking a

  • Customer Support Specialist
  • for a full-time contract position from October to February

Our client is a global leader in mass customization. With facilities in the USA, Poland, and Latvia, our team can manufacture up to 500,000 personalized products daily, reaching millions of customers through 20+ of our own online shops and 1,000+ external shops.

Your future responsibilities include

  1. Resolving all inbound and outbound support requests according to our internal guidelines
  2. Escalating tickets to mentors and team leaders if necessary
  3. Providing feedback on processes and ideas to improve customer satisfaction
  4. Performing special tasks optional for experienced agents (e.g., Social media support, reputation management, etc.)

Needed experience & skills

  • Proficiency in Dutch (B2 / C1) and fluency in English (B1-B2 level) is required
  • Strong multitasking abilities to keep up with our dynamic workplace
  • Confidence and independence to manage your time effectively while collaborating seamlessly with colleagues
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision and bring your unique talents to the table
  • Strong computer skills to adapt to our technology and processes
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
