Bending Spoons Milan-based Customer Support role focuses on building scalable operations and efficient processes to support a growing user base. You’ll drive impact across day-to-day tasks and long-term projects, coordinating with Product and Engineering to translate support insights into product improvements.

You’ll leverage data and AI to measure performance, identify opportunities, and enhance the customer experience as we expand to new products and markets.
