A few examples of your responsibilities

  • Obsess over user satisfaction by responding to requests helpfully and empathetically, typically in English.
  • Champion a user-centric approach in product development.
  • Identify common issues and opportunities, and share feedback with relevant teams for continuous improvement.
  • Address user reviews, gather insights on preferred features, and communicate findings.
  • Prepare FAQs and improve customer support documentation.
