Position: Customer Support

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract) with possibility of extension / permanent contract

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide support to customers by phone, email, chat, and social media channels
  • Handle all questions and inquiries about products and services
  • Work on the optimisation of all processes related to customers
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Native/fluent in Italian (C2 level) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Active listening skills, ability to identify, explain, and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Previous experience in Contact Centre or Customer Service (preferable)
  • Enthusiasm and proficiency with technology applications (smartphones, tablets, computers)
  • Customer-friendly attitude
  • Curiosity and persistence in problem-solving
  • Organized and able to maintain composure under pressure
