DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide support to customers by phone, email, chat, and social media channels
  • Handle all questions and inquiries about products and services
  • Actively work on the optimization of all processes related to customers
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Native/fluent in Italian (C2 level) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Active listening skills, ability to identify and explain services clearly, and resolve issues on first contact
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferred)
  • Enthusiastic and proficient with technology applications (smartphone, tablet, computer)
  • Customer-friendly service approach
  • Curious and persistent in problem-solving
  • Organized with the ability to stay calm under pressure
