A leading recruitment firm seeks a Customer Service Representative for a full-time position in Milan. Descrizione del lavoro

Employment type : Full-time (6 month contract) with possibility of extension / permanent contract

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide support to customers by phone email chat and social media channels
  • Handle with all questions and inquiries about products and services
  • Actively work on the optimization of all processes related to customers
  • Closely work with other together with other departments for example Sales and Marketing

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Native / fluent in Italian both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Ability to listen actively identify apply and explain service with expertise clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customers
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)
  • Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone tablet or computer)
  • Good and customer-friendly service
  • Curious and persistent in solving issues
  • Organized and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
