Position : Customer Support

Location : Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type : Full-time (6 month contract) with possibility of extension / permanent contract

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide support to customers by phone, email, chat, and social media channels
  • Handle all questions and inquiries about products and services
  • Actively work on the optimization of all processes related to customers
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Native / fluent in Italian both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Ability to listen actively, identify, apply, and explain services with expertise, clarity, and solve issues on the first contact with customers
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)
  • Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet, or computer)
  • Good and customer-friendly service skills
  • Curious and persistent in solving issues
  • Organized and able to keep a cool head even in stressful situations
