What You Will Do

As a Customer Support team member, you will transform our customers into digital experts by providing knowledgeable support. Your role involves assisting customers with questions about shipments, software, and other related topics via our #1 shipping tool. You will support and advise our B2B clients professionally, propose improvements, and handle inquiries through webcare, inbound calls, chats, and tickets using Zendesk.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Passionate about Customer Support : you listen well, enjoy helping, advising, and solving problems.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Italian and English are essential.
  • Proactive, able to multitask, and possess a commercial mindset.
  • Previous experience in Customer Support is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of online products, e-commerce, or SaaS is a plus.
  • Available full-time (40 hours / week), with a work schedule from 8 : 45 AM to around 5 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary between €2500 and €2900 gross per month, depending on experience.
