Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer support to help them find dynamic Customer Support Agents to work in Lisbon and Porto, Portugal.

Work from Home positions are also available, however you will need to be located in Portugal.

For the roles in Lisbon in Porto, you will receive a relocation package including permanent accommodation from the company and help with relocation as well as reimbursement of flight costs.

What You Will Do in This Role :

  • As a Customer Support Agent, you will :
  • Be the direct voice of our company — the essential link between the company and our customers.
  • Provide support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Address inquiries from merchants regarding our products and services, offering comprehensive support.
  • Actively contribute to improving customer satisfaction by optimizing processes and solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Work as part of an international and multilingual team, promoting service improvements across the board.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Fluent in Italian (C1), both written and verbal communication, and have an advanced level of English (B2)
  • Possess strong communication skills and can build rapport with customers quickly — approachable, patient, and customer-focused.
  • Have excellent problem-solving abilities, a curious mindset, and persistence in resolving issues.
  • Prior experience in c ustomer support is beneficial, especially with omnichannel support (phone, chat, email).
  • Have empathy and dedication to delivering high-quality service, making customer satisfaction a top priority.
  • Ability to manage escalations and resolve complex issues in a calm, organized manner.
  • Comfortable with technology :

able to multitask and use tools like smartphones, tablets, and computers efficiently.

  • You’re well-organized and can manage your time effectively, even under pressure.
