We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role is key to ensuring client satisfaction, primarily focusing on the Italian market, and supporting international growth.

Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding : Manage onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition. Develop and implement onboarding plans, including training and support materials.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts, proactively identify needs, and address issues promptly.
  • Account Management : Manage a portfolio of key accounts, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams for high-quality service.
  • Affiliate Network Management : Oversee affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic and revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment and share best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Languages : Italian and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Experience : Proven in customer success, account management, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM and project management tools; ability to analyze marketing metrics; basic knowledge of programmatic advertising.
  • Communication : Strong written and verbal skills, with an understanding of advertising communication.
  • Problem-Solving : Effective issue resolution skills.
  • Attention to Detail : High accuracy and precision.
  • Adaptability : Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to Travel : Available for frequent travel.
