Descrizione del lavoro

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients, with a primary focus on the Italian market, and supporting international business growth.

Responsibilities

Client Onboarding :

  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Develop and implement onboarding plans, including training and support materials.

Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, acting as their main point of reference.
  • Identify client needs proactively and ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.

Account Management :

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts
  • Monitor client performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Affiliate Network Management :

  • Oversee affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic and revenue.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Work closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Delivery to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration.
  • Share insights and best practices to improve team performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Language Proficiency : Italian and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Experience : Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM and project management tools. Ability to read and analyze marketing channel performance (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and interpret relevant metrics. Basic knowledge of programmatic advertising.
  • Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with at least a basic understanding of advertising communication.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Attention to Detail : Strong focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Adaptability : Capacity to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to Travel : Availability for frequent travel.
