Responsibilities

The role focuses on developing sales of solutions and services to a dedicated client base related to AWS and cloud solutions. Main activities include :

  • Guiding clients in purchasing ICT solutions and services through outbound calls to increase active clients and develop existing ones.
  • Managing and developing an assigned client portfolio with consistent and targeted care.
  • Creating customized commercial offers to meet client needs.
  • Prospecting and developing new clients in collaboration with Brand and Business Development Managers, using targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Organizing innovative activities to grow the business within the assigned segment.
  • Supporting the team in new and challenging projects, such as onboarding new brands or multi-brand offers.
  • Providing technical and commercial support to clients, adopting a consultative approach.
  • Achieving sales targets through up-selling and cross-selling, utilizing platforms like Xvantage and AI.
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities by anticipating client needs and adopting a win-win approach for mutual satisfaction.

This position requires proactivity, listening skills, and creativity to ensure business growth and customer success. Candidates residing near Ingram Micro's office in Settala (MI) will be favorably considered.
