About the role
We are looking for a Customer Success Operations Specialist with a focus on the Italian market. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of activities related to ongoing initiatives for our clients—shopping centers across Italy.
Your tasks will include managing communication with key stakeholders, writing and publishing content on the app, monitoring ongoing activities, and preparing performance reports.
