Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Relationship Manager for North / West Italy to help our customers derive maximum value from our products and services by acting as a liaison between the customer and our organization. Your focus will be on building strong, long-term relationships, proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and challenges, and fostering customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary contact for an assigned group.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the product team for future enhancements.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers and help them get started with our products or services.
  • Provide training and educational resources to optimize product use.
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Your Profile
  • 2–5 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • At least 2 years' experience in the transport logistics industry.
  • Background in vehicle telematics or SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of software and hardware.
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Native Italian speaker, proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
