Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Relationship Manager for North / West Italy to help our customers maximize value from our products and services by acting as a liaison between the customer and our organization. Your focus will be on building strong, long-term relationships, proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and challenges. Your goal is to foster customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by helping customers achieve their objectives.

What you can look forward to as Customer Success Manager SCALAR - Italy :
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the primary contact for an assigned group.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the product team for future enhancements.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
  • Assist new customers with onboarding and familiarize them with our products.
  • Provide training and educational resources to optimize customer use.
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams for a seamless customer experience.
Your Profile as Customer Success Manager SCALAR - Italy :
  • 2–5 years' experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • At least 2 years' experience in the transport logistics industry.
  • Background in vehicle telematics or similar SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of software and hardware.
  • Collaborative mindset for interdepartmental interaction.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Native Italian speaker, proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
