Descrizione del lavoro

What you will do
  • Engage with customers to understand their workflows, challenges, and objectives, translating these into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the sales process, including scoping, solution design, and proposal development to help close deals.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing how chargecloud's capabilities address customer needs.
  • Manage projects and liaise with the German HQ regularly.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and customers, establishing trust as a knowledgeable advisor.
  • Serve as the technical reference during the pre-sales phase, offering expertise on product implementation and integration.
Your profile
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or Solution Consultant in a B2B environment; experience in SaaS companies is a plus.
  • Several years of experience in the e-mobility industry, preferably in Italy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in Italian and English.
