Job Description

Your day-to-day

In this role, you will support up to 10 enterprise relationships, focusing on Growth, Satisfaction, and Retention. Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing mutual success plans with key merchant contacts to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities and collaborating with sales teams to close deals.
  • Driving merchant retention through relationship management and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Reviewing merchants' operating environments to provide education and share best practices.
  • Liaising with internal teams to enhance merchant experience.
  • Addressing compliance, risk, and regulatory concerns, and handling inquiries related to reporting, reconciliation, declines, and interchange.

What you need to bring

  • Native-level Italian and excellent business English skills
  • Experience in customer success or account management with complex enterprise solutions (preferably payments, fintech, or e-commerce) for Fortune 1000 companies
  • A proven track record of managing multiple business customers, developing opportunities, and achieving targets
  • Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
  • Willingness to travel to deliver business reviews and strengthen relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to collaborate across multiple internal departments in a matrix environment
  • Several years of inbound and outbound sales experience in a fast-paced, target-driven setting (preferred but not required)
