The Role
As a Customer Success Manager , you’ll be part of our EMEA Customer Success team, reporting directly to the VP of Customer Success EMEA. You’ll leverage your media expertise to manage relationships with MINT’s ARM clients, focusing on strategic conversations that build trust, drive platform adoption, and boost net retention.
You’ll oversee the entire client lifecycle — from onboarding and training to quarterly reviews, support, and renewals — ensuring a smooth, valuable experience at every step. Along the way, you’ll identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with Sales to maximize growth.
You’ll also act as the voice of the client internally, bringing insights and feedback to our Product & Tech teams to help align our roadmap with real-world needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and trust over time.
- Evaluate client needs and usage patterns to ensure ongoing alignment with platform capabilities.
- Actively engage clients to boost adoption and reduce churn, ensuring they see value from day one.
- Lead the onboarding process and coordinate periodic check-ins (status reviews, QBRs) to monitor satisfaction and impact.
- Collaborate with clients to identify solutions for challenges and opportunities, acting as a strategic partner.
- Promote the value proposition of the platform and help clients explore its full potential, including advisory services like strategy, auditing, and specialized consultancy.
- Ensure fast time-to-value by streamlining implementation and supporting ongoing education and training.
- Work closely with the Product team to share client feedback and market needs, helping to shape future development priorities.
This role will be a great fit if
- You are English native or bilingual
- You have 5+ years of experience in the Media / AdTech / MarTech industry
- You’re confident discussing a wide range of media opportunities and creative formats, bringing strategic insight to the table.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
- You have a proactive and creative mindset, always looking for innovative ways to help clients achieve their goals.
- You’ve previously worked on global, multi-market projects — that’s a plus!
- You’re able to ensure alignment between client needs and MINT’s proprietary technology, keeping both agencies and end-clients happy with performance outcomes.
- You bring a good sense of commercial priorities to every conversation.

Interview Process
Candidates can expect the following steps in our interview process :
- HR Introductory Call (15 minutes) : a brief phone call with HR to provide an overview of the company and the role, as well as to gain insight into your experience and background
- HR Video Interview (45 minutes) : A more in-depth virtual interview with HR to explore the topics discussed in the phone call and further assess your fit for the role
- Technical Interview with Hiring Manager (45 minutes) : a (preferably) in-office interview focused on the technical aspects of the role, where the hiring manager will dive into your specific skills and experience. This will give you a more technical perspective on the position and an opportunity to visit the office.
- Interview with Head of Department (1 hour) : a video interview with the Head of Department or other key individuals relevant to the role, such as team members or colleagues from other departments.
