A company focused on international business growth is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the customer journey for Italian-speaking clients. You will manage onboarding, ensure successful implementation of the SoSafe Awareness Platform, and conduct business reviews. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of SaaS experience, are fluent in Italian and English, and possess strong communication skills. This role is based in Milano, Italy.

Tasks
In this role, you’ll own the customer journey from the very beginning, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience that sets the stage for long-term success. You’ll guide customers through setup and activation, then continue to serve as their strategic partner, driving adoption, identifying growth opportunities, and owning renewal strategy.
