Descrizione del lavoro

You are responsible for our Italian customers and handle all communication.

You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries.

You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) on our product usage.

You identify potential "stumbling blocks" in onboarding projects and work with customers and colleagues to resolve them.

You upgrade our solutions for existing clients.

Through close contact with customers, you help improve our product and processes continuously.

Your Profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects.
• You work in a structured and organized manner, even under stress.

You are used to juggling multiple tasks.

• You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations.
• You are willing to travel to customer sites.
• You are native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the automotive or software industries is a plus but not required.
