Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management.
• Fluent in business English and native or bilingual in Italian.
• Experience in the automotive or software sectors is a plus.

• Manage communication with Italian customers and provide training.
• Identify onboarding project issues and work on solutions.
• Upgrade solutions for existing clients and innovate payment processes.

Descrizione del lavoro

You are responsible for our Italian customers and manage all communication.

You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries.

You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) on our product usage.

You identify potential "stumbling blocks" in onboarding projects and work with customers and colleagues to resolve them.

You upgrade our solutions for existing clients.

You leverage your close customer relationships to help improve our products and processes continuously.

Your Profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects.
• You work in a structured and organized manner, even under stress.
• You are accustomed to managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations.
• You are willing to travel to customer sites.
• You are native or bilingual in Italian, fluent in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the automotive or software sectors is a plus but not required.
