Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive (m/w/d) who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role in BizAway:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
  • Onboard new corporate clients of our platform, ensuring they are fully operational
  • Create high-level onboarding documentation such as user guides, videos, and training materials
  • Identify client growth opportunities and achieve upselling targets
  • Monitor and report on existing and potential threats to help maintain our 0% churn rate
  • Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to create a positive feedback loop
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and drive growth
Basic qualifications:
  • Fluent in English
  • At least 1 year of experience in a B2B account management or customer success role
  • Hunger: eager to learn and embrace challenges
  • Proactivity: actively propose value-adding solutions and learn from mistakes
  • Flexibility: comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
Additional preferences:
  • Experience in fast-growing startups
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus
