This remote role involves analyzing training needs, collaborating with multiple teams, and managing CS methodologies. Ideal candidates have 3-4 years of experience in CS or Sales Enablement and excel in relationship management and problem-solving.

How You’ll Make an Impact
The CS Enablement Specialist owns the analysis, development, and facilitation of our internal employee CS enablement and training. This includes close collaboration with the broader enablement team, sales, marketing, and product to evaluate and prioritize training needs for CS organization.
Collaborate with leadership, Ops, and Enablement to analyze need and develop enablement solutions for the internal CS organization
Manage the documentation of CS methodology, process, and enablement content
Develop and deliver training and enablement to meet the needs of the internal CS organization including technical, system based, and / or role-specific training
Monitor and analyze role specific metrics to determine training & enablement needs
Manage an intake process to collect and prioritize content needs
Measure the effectiveness of enablement content by deploying regular feedback mechanisms
Provide feedback to CS internal employees on knowledge, skills, and behaviors to improve performance
Communicate data and key findings to CS and enablement leadership
Collaborate closely with the Sales Enablement organization to develop and manage resources and other assets as required to assist ongoing training processes
What You’ll Need to be Successful
Remote Opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely
Must Have:
3-4 years combined experience in CS and/or Sales Enablement
Exceptional relationship management skills with stakeholders
Experience working with enablement and other related systems and processes
Exceptional project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
Ability to conduct analyses, translate results to digestible communications including messages and presentations
Flexibility and ability to pivot to new demands with a high sense of urgency
Confidence when presenting in front of large groups
Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
Desired Skills (but not required):
Preferred experience in a SaaS GTM environment
