Edenred Italia S.r.l. recherche un Customer Success Specialist motivé pour rejoindre son équipe de Solutions de Bien-être et d'Engagement. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des projets, de l'implémentation de solutions sur mesure et de la collaboration avec divers départements pour garantir le succès des clients et la croissance de projets grâce à des opportunités de vente additionnelle.

YOUR ROLE

The selected Customer Success Specialist will be part of Benefits & Engagement Solutions, within the Customer Success area, focusing on consulting to support clients in implementing corporate welfare plans.

This role involves post-sale activities, managing the implementation of tailored welfare solutions, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring client retention and project growth through upselling and cross-selling.

Main Activities

  • Manage welfare projects, implementing customized solutions based on client needs.
  • Plan and oversee all welfare project phases in coordination with other departments (Marketing, Legal, IT, Operations, Finance).
  • Develop economic KPIs, monitor plans, analyze trends, and take proactive actions.
  • Define communication and training plans aligned with project needs.
  • Collaborate on internal projects aimed at improving customer management processes.

  • At least one year of professional experience.
