Responsibilities:

1. Support and multichannel assistance to customers (phone/chat/email/social media);
2. Customer problem solving and addressing various needs related to offers;
3. Customer satisfaction activities;
4. Managing customer relations in Polish, German, and English.

Qualifications:

• Degree in languages or linguistic diploma;
• Excellent knowledge of Polish, French, and German languages;
• Experience in the role.

Work hours: Full-time, daytime, Monday to Friday
