Apply now for the position of Apprenticeship - Customer Service Engineer for Campania and Puglia regions. You will be trained over 30 months as a Customer Service Engineer, learning how to install, configure, and maintain Healthcare Diagnostic equipment related to Computer Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance (MR) within the designated area.

There are two open positions: one for Campania and another for Puglia.

Your role:

Reporting to the Customer Service Territory Manager, you will learn:

• How to establish face-to-face relationships with customers.
• How to ensure complete execution of all preventive maintenance on assigned assets.
• How to work with Project Managers and Application Specialists to implement complex solutions successfully.
• How to interact with the Customer Care Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of issues.
• How to report potential issues in a timely manner to the dedicated Complaint Unit.

Your expertise:

• You are under 29 years old.
• Resident in Campania or Puglia area.
• Degree in Electronic Engineering or a high school diploma in Electronics.
• General knowledge of Digital Healthcare.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area and across Italy as needed.
• Availability to travel mainly in Southern Italy, occasionally in other regions and abroad.
