The Customer Field Service Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of field service engineers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and exceptional customer service abilities. The Team Leader will coordinate service activities, support team members, and liaise between customers and Siemens Healthineers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and mentor field service engineers, ensuring effective performance.
  2. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives and share updates.
  3. Foster a positive work environment encouraging teamwork and development.
  4. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, escalating when necessary.
  5. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Oversee scheduling and dispatching of field service technicians for resource efficiency.
  7. Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing education for technicians.
  8. Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and safety regulations.
  10. Promote safety culture through regular briefings and training.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a field service role, with at least 3 years in leadership.
  • Strong technical knowledge related to Laboratory Solutions.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
  • Resident in the Campania area.
