To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team: this position offers an opportunity to drive innovation in the mental health market.

AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST YOU WILL

• Analyze and pre-process incoming tickets using different customer care tools to better understand and categorize requests.
• Report bugs or other critical issues to the Product Team and/or other involved teams and collaborate in resolution.
• Manage users, patients, and therapists database.

YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE :

• At least 6 months of experience in a Customer Care or Customer Success role.
• Attention to details and reliability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong digital skills and knowledge of main team collaboration and task tracking tools (Slack, Trello, Telegram, Drive, Jira).
• A talent in identification of issues (problem finding) and problem-solving.
• Strong attitude toward teamwork and collaboration with other company departments.
• Sensitivity and ability to understand user needs.
• Autonomy and ability to work effectively remotely.
• Efficient time management skills in a dynamic environment.
• Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment with continuously evolving priorities.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.

It is a plus if you have :

• Knowledge of Zendesk.
