A leading company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist in the Greater Rome Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will be the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service and collaborating with various internal teams. Ideal candidates possess strong analytical skills, previous customer service experience, and proficiency in MS Office.

Competenze

  • High school diploma or university degree required.
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools; Outlook, Excel, Word.

What you'll be doing

  • Serves as primary contact, by phone, email or fax for external and internal customers inquiries, coordinating with other internal functions, such as Finance, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Warehouse, Bid Office, Pharmacovigilance.
  • Ensure and provides a high-quality service to both internal and external customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems.
  • Participates and provides expertise as a member of the customer service team. The team's objectives and KPIs are developed to ensure and increase accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness of the service provided by the team to both internal and external customers.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or university degree
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Familiar and comfortable with using MS Office; Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Ability to manage conflict and Problems
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work in team
  • English knowledge
