What started as an ambitious idea in Italy has quickly expanded to France and Spain, and from September 2024, we are proud to announce our entry into Germany! This is an important milestone in our journey to become the leading provider of modern roadside assistance in Europe and beyond.

The company operates with a B2B2C model, collaborating with major players in the automotive sector: insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility operators. Thanks to their advanced digital platform, their partners' customers can request assistance and replacement mobility solutions in real time, revolutionizing roadside help.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Customer Service team: an operational professional who will help optimize processes and set new standards of excellence in the sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assistance requests in case of difficulties (e.g., breakdowns, stalls), interfacing with customers in real time.
  • Monitor and supervise the digital support process, intervening when necessary.
  • Ensure a positive experience through digital channels (chat, phone) and/or coordinating directly with the network of suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Full availability to work shifts (24/7).
  • Full-time contract.
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English (Spanish or French is a plus).
  • Experience in operations and/or customer service (preferred).
  • Teamwork attitude.

Additional Information:

  • 4-month fixed-term contract.
  • Shift work, including night shifts and weekends (occasionally).
  • Possibility of smart working or full remote work.
  • Gross annual salary: €22,000.
  • Expected start date: 01/08/2025.
