Their goal is to become a leading provider of modern roadside assistance across Europe and beyond.

The company operates on a B2B2C model, collaborating with major automotive sector players such as insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility operators. Their advanced digital platform allows customers of their partners to request assistance and replacement mobility solutions in real-time, revolutionizing roadside help services.

Position: Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a motivated individual to join the customer service team as an operational professional who will help optimize processes and set new standards of excellence in the sector.

Responsibilities
  • Manage assistance requests in case of difficulties (e.g., breakdowns, stalls), interfacing with customers in real-time.
  • Monitor and supervise the digital support process, intervening when necessary.
  • Ensure a positive experience through digital channels (chat, phone) and/or by coordinating directly with the network of providers.
Requirements
  • Full-time availability to work in shifts (24/7).
  • Contract: 4-month fixed-term.
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English (Spanish or French is a plus).
  • Experience in operations and/or customer service (preferred).
  • Teamwork attitude.
Additional Information
  • Work shifts, including nights and weekends (occasionally).
  • Possibility of remote or smart working.
  • Gross annual salary: €22,000.
  • Expected start date: 01/08/2025.
