Adecco Italia spa is seeking a motivated individual to join a startup insurtech company specializing in roadside assistance. Founded by visionaries who identified a market gap and filled it with an innovative digital solution, the company has rapidly expanded from Italy to France, Spain, and soon Germany, aiming to become a leading provider of modern roadside assistance in Europe and beyond.

The company operates with a B2B2C model, collaborating with major players in the automotive sector such as insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility operators. Their advanced digital platform allows clients of their partners to request assistance and replacement mobility solutions in real-time, revolutionizing roadside help.

Role: Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assistance requests in case of difficulties (e.g., breakdowns, failures), interacting with customers in real-time.
  • Monitor and supervise the digital support process, intervening when necessary.
  • Ensure a positive experience through digital channels (chat, phone) and/or coordinating directly with the network of providers.

Requirements:

  • Full availability to work shifts (24/7).
  • Full-time contract.
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English (Spanish or French is a plus).
  • Experience in operations and/or customer service (preferable).
  • Teamwork attitude.

Additional Information:

  • Fixed-term contract of 4 months.
  • Shift work, including night and weekend shifts (occasionally).
  • Possibility of smart working or full remote work.
  • Gross annual salary: €22,000.
  • Expected start date: 01/08/2025.
