Customer Service Specialist (English speaker) - Agrate Brianza (MB) Rif. 40660, Rif

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Customer Service Department to support international client relationship management.

The ability to speak English is essential for selection.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage customer orders using SAP and other company systems.
  • Update customers on order status and manage order portfolio information.
  • Handle complaints and product returns, coordinate with Quality and Sales teams for action plans.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of make-up samples for customer approval.
  • Manage logistics and transportation arrangements.
  • Coordinate packaging processes and address production issues during and after sales.
  • Verify pricing updates with Key Account managers.
  • Periodically review and adjust price lists based on Fill Fee and updates.
  • Monitor and update the Rolling Budget daily.
  • Share customer forecast information with planners.
  • Support financial activities related to credit recovery.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Languages, Communication, Economics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in main IT tools; SAP experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamism, resilience, organization, and teamwork.
