Competenze

Customer Service Specialist - Cobrax buttons- Temporary

Temporary position.

In this role you will be responsible for order management from sales order entry to delivery and invoice dispatch.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for order management from sales order entry to delivery and invoice dispatch
  • Handle customer enquiries (pricing, stock availability, delays, short shipments, etc.) and specific customer requests
  • Manage customer claims such as picking errors, damaged goods or pricing discrepancies
  • Daily contact with the production department concerning the production and delivery timeline information
  • Daily contact with the R&D department concerning the Product Customization
  • Daily contact with the Quality department concerning damaged goods claims
  • Coordination of deliveries in collaboration with the logistics department

Your Profile

  • Commercial education
  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service within an international company
  • Experience in the Fashion/Luxury Customer service dpt. is a plus
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of French is required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong customer orientated personality
  • Knowledge of AS400 is preferable
