You will be part of the customer success team of the company and responsible for establishing and growing all the internal and external support customer interactions after the deployment of SilentWave product in client environment. You will be expected to grow into a world-class enterprise systems engineer team, collaborate with tech and product groups, and be a critical enabler of our customers’ success.
As a key member of the team, you will help craft the company's customer success strategies, building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences.
