A leading company in sealing technologies is seeking a dedicated professional to manage customer orders, offering support while ensuring clear communication. This role involves engaging with customers directly, validating orders, and contributing to process improvement initiatives within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:Order Validation & Entry: Conduct order validations and entries.
Order Confirmation: Confirm customer order receipt, creation, and delivery.
Monitoring & Management: Monitor and track order statuses, managing claim cases and returns.
Communication: Provide clear and consistent communication between customers and internal production.
Customer Support: Serve as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation.
Projects & Initiatives: Support transfer projects and process improvement initiatives.
Educational Background:Bachelor's Degree in Language or Economic Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
Professional Experience:Specified years of customer service experience is a plus.
Skills:SAP experience.
Languages:Fluent-level English, French and German
