Descrizione del lavoro

As part of the Customer Service business unit, the Customer Service Specialist will support Missoni’s Senior Team in planning and executing activities to ensure a best-in-class customer experience across wholesale and retail stores.

You will hold full ownership of assigned wholesale customers and retail stores, managing their lifecycle to optimize both operations and sales results.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • End-to-end order management, from order entry to invoicing delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed trade terms;
  • Act as the main point of contact for wholesale clients and retail stores regarding order status, product availability, and any commercial inquiries;
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to track order intake, monitor performance against targets, and proactively follow up with customers and stores to maximize order conversion;
  • Maintain accurate customer and store master data, ensuring timely updates of orders portfolio, credit status, commercial terms, and other key information;
  • Provide sales-related analysis and reporting to support commercial decision-making;
  • Liaise with internal teams, including merchandising and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in wholesale/retail customer service or sales operations;
  • Strong ability to manage B2B relationships and work cross-functionally;
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets;
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in Italian and English;
  • Knowledge of Stealth 3000 and previous experience in fashion/luxury are a plus;
