Competenze

Excellent communication skills

NutraQ SRL is currently looking for a precise and accurate customer care person with strong sales skills to join our new location in Milano. As one of the first employees in our new Italian office, this person will have a significant influence on shaping the work environment in our newest company location in the heart of the world fashion capital, embodying NutraQ values.

Area of Responsibility
  1. Ensuring correct and timely execution of orders
  2. Issuing and archiving order documentation (invoices, corrections) and monthly reporting to finance and accounting departments
  3. Maximizing customer retention, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities
  4. Following corporate core values, acting on approved plans, and adhering to company guidelines
  5. Organizing customer service workflow and task distribution
  6. Coaching and providing feedback to customer service agents; acting as backup when needed
  7. Onboarding new agents on customer service systems and processes
  8. Reporting deviations (known, suspected, confirmed, unconfirmed)
  9. Meeting set KPIs
Must Have
  • Excellent sales skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in call centers, customer service, or customer-facing roles
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Self-sufficient, responsible, and reliable
  • Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written)
  • Willingness to learn and listen to accurately respond to client needs
Nice to Have
  • Experience leading a small team or department
  • Experience with various CRM systems
  • Interest in beauty products
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing rules

Type of Contract: Fixed-term

Salary: Up to €24,000 per year
