As part of the Customer Service business unit, the Customer Service Specialist will support Missoni’s Senior Team in planning and executing activities to ensure a best-in-class customer experience across wholesale and retail channels (both full price and off-price).
You will hold full ownership of assigned wholesale customers and retail stores, managing their lifecycle to optimize both operations and sales results.
