Competenze

As part of the Customer Service business unit, the Customer Service Specialist will support Missoni’s Senior Team in planning and executing activities to ensure a best-in-class customer experience across wholesale and retail channels (both full price and off-price).

You will hold full ownership of assigned wholesale customers and retail stores, managing their lifecycle to optimize both operations and sales results.

Primary Responsibilities

  • End-to-end order management for B2B channels (Wholesale and Retail), from order entry to invoicing and delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed trade terms;
  • Monitor deliveries, check product availability, and coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, planning, and sales to ensure on-time fulfillment;
  • Manage and resolve issues related to shipments, returns, and credit notes;
  • Act as the main point of contact for wholesale clients, distributors, off-price partners, and retail stores regarding order status, product availability, and any commercial inquiries;
  • Build and maintain constant, proactive relationships with clients, distributors, and stockists, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction;
  • Collaborate actively during sales campaigns and showroom periods, as well as in the post-sales phase;
  • Maintain accurate customer and store master data, ensuring timely updates of order portfolio, credit status, commercial terms, and other key information;
  • Provide sales-related analysis and reporting to support commercial decision-making;
  • Liaise with internal functions, including merchandising and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales operations, or similar roles within the fashion / luxury sector, preferably in wholesale environments;
  • Previous experience with stockists and / or in the retail channel is a strong plus;
  • Strong ability to manage B2B relationships and work cross-functionally with multiple departments;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large datasets;
  • Fluent in Italian and English (C1 / C2 level); knowledge of a second foreign language is considered an asset;
  • Knowledge of Stealth 3000 is a plus;
  • Excellent communication skills, precision, and a strong problem-solving attitude;
  • Proactive mindset, flexibility, and a strong motivation to grow in a dynamic and international environment.
