Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and really customer-oriented
Customer Service Specialist
to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate, reporting to Customer Service Manager, will manage all activities related to customer orders and act as a primary point of contact for our international customer base.
Key Responsibilities Enter customer orders into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy of product codes, prices, quantities, and delivery dates; send order confirmations to customers. Handle daily communication with customers regarding delivery dates, changes to orders (requested by the customer or internal updates), codes, quantities, pricing, shipping terms, and payment conditions. Prepare and send quotations, either independently within established guidelines or in collaboration with the Sales Manager or VP of Sales & Marketing. Collect customer consumption forecasts for the annual sales budget in coordination with the Sales Management and Account Managers. Maintain organized records of all customer correspondence, quotations, internal communications, and shipping documentation (both digital and paper formats).
Required Qualifications 3–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a structured and modern organization. A collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent command of Italian and English (written and spoken). Ability to understand and convey basic technical information to customers. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems. Hands-on experience with SAP. Solid knowledge of common Incoterms and shipping conditions. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with different departments. Additional language skills (Spanish, French, or German) are a plus
