Responsibilities :
Be part of an operational contact structure for managing clients in case of difficulties, such as vehicle breakdowns.
Oversee the digital support process, intervening where necessary.
Ensures the success of support via chat or voice channels and / or by connecting directly with our network of suppliers.
Requirements :
Total availability for shifts 24h 7 / 7
Full-time of 40 hours
Good Knowledge of English and Italian (another language like Spanish or French will be a plus)
Previous experience in operations and / or customer service will be a plus
Team spirit
Ideally based in Lombardy
The role is fixed-term for 6 months
This role is shift-based and requires occasional night and weekend shifts
Smart-working twice a week
