Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by processing orders accurately and efficiently, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Use company systems (SAP) to enter sales orders, manage inventory, and customize defaults for customers.
  • Process RMAs promptly, maintaining transparent communication.
  • Register, track, and resolve customer complaints, acting as a reliable partner.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Manage the Travel Stock program, ensuring compliance and coordination.
  • Maintain and update customer databases accurately.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; relevant experience considered.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Sales, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP or ERP systems.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
