Location: Monza-Brianza, Italy

Position: Customer Service Representative

Activities:
  1. Efficiently manage Order-to-Cash activities, including Contract Management, Order Processing, Order Confirmation, and Ad-hoc Billing until delivery at the customer's location.
  2. Proactively keep customers informed about order status.
  3. Act as the first point of contact for all product, service, and supply chain inquiries to ensure full customer satisfaction.
  4. Analyze SAP report data to identify issues and take appropriate actions.
  5. Receive, record, and manage customer non-conformities/complaints, ensuring proper feedback is provided.
  6. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or diploma with experience in customer service.
  7. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to develop business relationships with internal and external clients and suppliers.
  8. Significant experience (at least 4 years) in customer relations within complex, evolving international environments.
Contract Details:

Initial 6-month temporary contract – RAL commensurate with experience.

Full-time position with potential for smart working.
