Recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant for a successful and well-established company based in Luxembourg who are currently experiencing a fantastic period of growth.

You will be part of a small team handling customer orders and dealing with the day-to-day challenges of working in a service orientated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Sales order processing, order verification.
  • Progressing and expediting of customer requirements.
  • Investigation and resolution of both internal & external delivery performance concerns.
  • Customer liaison – dealing with commercial issues, via phone and emails.
  • To participate in the organization of sales and customer service meetings and to attend them.
  • To carry out any other reasonable tasks required
Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience:

  • Competent with Microsoft Office packages and experienced in the use of production computer systems.
  • Effective communicator with experience using Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of sales order processing, inventory control and manufacturing systems.
  • Numerate and literate with good communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Structured and organised with proactive work ethic.
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a diligent, methodical, and accurate manner.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of achieving set objectives.
  • Languages – English and additional language such as French , German would be advantageous
