Job Description:

Customer Service Agents - Car Rental

The selected candidates will work in a dynamic environment, interacting with guests, proactively managing their needs to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

1. Welcoming guests
2. Managing rental experience
3. Handling back-office procedures (updating records, filling rental contracts)
4. Managing reservations
5. Responding to calls, emails, and chats
6. Managing the vehicle fleet

Requirements:

1. Customer service orientation
2. Sales aptitude
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Fluent in English (level B2); knowledge of a second language is a plus
5. Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
7. Previous experience in sales or promotion is desirable
8. Availability to work shifts from Monday to Sunday
9. Valid driving license (B)

Offer:

1. Initial training and on-the-job support
2. Contract: 6-month fixed-term, with direct hiring
3. Part-time, 30 hours/week, rotating shifts with one day off per week
