Responsibilities

• Support order processing, invoicing, and shipment tracking
• Verify and control invoices, contracts, and administrative documents
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure workflow continuity
• Communicate with clients and suppliers
• Enter and update data in management (ERP) systems
• Manage and archive documents (physical and digital)
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Accuracy and good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
