Responsibilities

MV Transportation is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for clerical duties including reconciling driver manifests, data entry in Trapeze software, taking reservations, providing information, assisting with the application process, preparing eligibility letters, pre-paid tickets, supporting the Accounting Manager, and other duties. The candidate must have basic Excel skills, excellent ten-key skills, attention to detail, professionalism, superior customer service, teamwork ability in a fast-paced office, and good communication skills.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and excellent ten-key skills.
  • Attentive to details.
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Excellent attendance.
  • Transit experience a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
