Job Description:

MET is a fast-growing brand with over 30 years of experience in creating high-performance bicycle helmets that set industry standards.

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team and ensure an exceptional service to our customers in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day customer service and dealer support for the German market.
  • Order entry, tracking, and order management.
  • Pre- and post-sales support.
  • Handling of returns, claims, warranty cases, and issue resolution.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and general support.
  • Supporting our sales reps and area manager with timely information and assistance.
  • Preparing and updating sales reports and customer performance data.
  • Collaborating with other customer service teams in Italy, France, and other markets.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate to trade shows and events.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German and English. Italian and French are a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, inside sales, or similar roles.
  • Experience with B2B and direct-to-dealer distribution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-orientated approach.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education is a plus.
  • Passion for cycling.

Work location: Talamona, Italy - On-site
